I usually use the cream but found that getting to my sciatica area this is just easier. I personally think I get best results with the cream, but hard to get to some areas
I have used the Blue Emu crème for several years and really liked it but the spray is even better for my arthritis. It really helps, well worth the money!
I've used the Blue emu for several years, after breaking my patella it was the one that helped the best for relief. I bought the spray for my hubby for his arthritis. Helped make his pain tolerable.
I have neuropathy in my feet and sometimes have inflammation in my left food that is so severe I can't get to sleep. I'd tried most off-the-shelf products and then saw this and decided to try it. Amazing - it reduces or relieves the pain within 15 to 30 minutes allowing me to sleep. It comes in a spray and a cream, the spray works much better, for me, than the cream does. Follow the directions; spray it on and then rub it in. I recommended it to a friend who had pain in their hip from falling off a bicycle, they said it worked, made the pain go away.
I had just finished a 4 oz. cream and I could tell it was helping my knee pain. I found this website and ordered two large creams. I now use it the 2-3 times daily as the directions indicate. It has been about 10 days and my knee pain is now less and less. It really does work.
Have found this to be so useful and can now get it on my back, etc. without any help needed. Blue Emu is the best product I have found for aches and pains. It goes on easily with no smell at all and gets the job done! Have shared it with others who didn't believe until they used it. I'm surprised there is any left to buy with so many using it now.
I injured my back in a MVA a long time ago and have been dealing with back pain ever since. The more active I am, the more unbearable the pain gets. I love how easy it is to apply on hard to reach places such as my upper and lower back. It cools and then warms to instantly soothe and decrease the pain. It's a staple in my home and I keep one in my bag for on the go. All day sitting at work and driving causes unbearable pain....as does running errands 1/2 the day. Having some handy is a lifesaver.
My husband has used the Blue Emu cream but wanted me to purchase the spray for him. He said it helps the major pain he has in his arthritic hands. He makes sure to spray both hands and rubs it in before he goes to bed. He said it works better than most things he has used before.
I really can't think of anything that I don't like about this product..the only thing is, I had a container of Blu Emu spray and only picked it up out of curiosity when I was in so much pain. I can't remember who gave it to me but I am sure glad they did!
Love Blue Emu. Never used the spray but great for hard to reach areas. I have used the gel for many years and it's the best cream out there for pain. Instant relief.
