I have been using Blue Bonnet Ubiquinol for a couple of years - I can't say that I feel any strong benefit to this, but I do know that as we age our bodies are not able to produce CoQ10 as efficiently.

great product.. excellent quality. Have always depended on Blue Bonnet and their ingredient purity. Product size is easy to swallow & no after taste..
Have tried Jarrow brand as well as Healthy Origins brands and both are way inferior to this Bluebonnet brand. With the other brands, when I break open the softgel, the content is always orange in color, meaning that it is no loger ubiquinol but has been oxidized to the cheap inferior ubiquinone. The true color of ubiquinol should always be white and the color of ubiquinone (the cheaper CoQ10) is always orange. When I break open a Bluebonnet veggie softgel, the color is always white, meaning that I get what I paid for (ubiquinol). So even though it is more expensive than other brands, it is true ubiquinol and not the inferior ubiquinone that other brands sells as the expensive ubiquinol on their labels.
this is a great product and has no taste. tablets are small and easy to take. I've only just started taking it but I am hoping to see the benefits after 2-3 months of use. it's good quality although I wish it was even more natural.
Bad reaction conflicts with something in me but prob is fine for you.
