I practice my child's ABC's and 123's with her on this and it works well. She enjoys using it for art purposes too, and it makes it a fun experience using the white board instead of just paper.
the only thing I didn't like was the marker that came with it. it needs to be the dry erase brand markers because the one that came with it is too watery. it doesn't work very well. The board, however is great!!!!
Excellent product for kindergartner/ 1st grader to explore writing sentences, letters.... use expo markers as opposed to the marker that is provided for ease of use.
my kid is 21/2 years old,he want to follow lines, and draw pictures.T/his board is perfect and portble.Once he follows lines, I will buy ashley Manusript board.
On my grandkids list from their school......Should make the teacher happy......And they needed them for back to school supplies.....Makes them happy to have the right supplies....
My grandson has minor motor skills problems and can not learn cursive writing though he tries. For some reasonn he loves this board even though he could have the same thing on lined paper. So far his progress is amazing. Well worth the price.
This is not a dry erase board . You must wet a sponge or cloth to erase the marker. You'll need to purchase a different marker if you really want a dry erase set. Otherwise, it's difficult to mess up a white board.
I bought this product for my 4 yr. old for VPK and got two one for school and one for home I love it !!!!!! The lined side for practicing letters and the blank side for drawing.
This is been useful for me to teach both my sons to get a hold of pen or crayon and teach them how to write alphabets, numbers in between lines which is a good practice for kindergarten.
it isn't worth the money. it is small and I can buy one at the dollar tree. I returned it right after I saw it.
