This product lives up to the price. The product will leave a bit of a residue so expect not to handle with bare hands, use gloves. Follow the manufacturer's instructions as well as using in a properly ventilated area. For what you are purchasing, you can expect to receive excellent results. This was well used in a urinal area and I have nothing but the best to say for its review. Just note of course, it does have a strong scent also it does smell clean.
