I have been using this product for a while, after using many different types of similar products I have settled for Red Mills Psyllium Fiber, to my opinion its the best product for me, it is as natural as they come, no additions or modifications.
This is the active ingredient in Metamucil, without Metamucil's truckload of sugar. It is just marvelous! The health benefits are huge! So glad Walmart makes this so readily available.
I have been using this brand of fiber for several months. I believe it to be a very good quality psyllium fiber. Just make sure to drink a full glass of water after the first one for proper assimilation.
This works just as well as the fiber supplement that I used to use but is no longer on the market. I add a spoonful to my water bottle or I add it to my food to get my daily fiber. It works well. It has nothing extra in it that may be bad for you. It's a natural product.

I like this much better than other brands I've tried. It does what you need it to do very well. It also mixes with liquid a lot better than others I have used, which makes it easier to take.
This is the best psyllium husk powder. I use it in a multitude of bread recipes that I bake low carb. A must have if you want to bake bread that has the elasticity of regular bread, without gluten!
I ordered one bag in May. I ordered 4 bags this month after being very satisfied with the first bag. Packaging changed and the velcro closing is no longer included. Recipes are now added on back label. The first fiber was dark brown. The 4 new bags contain beige colored fiber. The effectiveness is the same, but the fiber is clumping more, although I drink it immediately. What's up with the increased clumpiness? I will continue to use this fiber but disappointed in the removal of the velcro closure and increased clumsiness of the produce.
This stuff immediately clumps upon being touched by water, very difficult to stir, find myself gagging on dried bubbles of powder when drinking. Sorry Bob, love your oatmeal bran, but this is nearly unusable. I have been mixing this with other psyllium product just so I can use it without throwing it away.
