Delicious!! I add a cup of Teff into my rice or bread, which improve taste and quality.
Teff is an incredibly healthy grain highly consumed in Ethiopia. I wish I learned about this grain earlier. Easy to cook and easily combined with other healthy grains - millet, amaranth, quinoa. I can't seem to have enough of this grain. Highly recommend it for health conscious consumers with a goal of "eating to live".

Teff grain is so very delicious for breakfast with biscuits made from sprouted spelt flour with blue raw agave with a side dish of strawberries/ blueberries/ rhasberries/bananas with a small glass of walnut or black walnut or Brazil nut milk. Teff grain can have the consistency of grits, but the taste and nutritional value is far greater. A pinch of sea salt and a tad bit of coconut oil make it a real treat.
