My previous probiotic would make me belch, and the taste was not so pleasant. These were great! The Bodi-Ome-Beating heart capsules are shelf stable, made with natural ingredients, and absorb easily into the bloodstream. Also, they didn't upset my stomach, which was a big plus!! I have a sensitive stomach, so I need something more gentle. I have chronic digestive issues and believe in the effects of regulating the microbiome with probiotics like these. The price is very reasonable and I love that thr packaging allows me to take a few pills with me when I travel and leave the box at home.

I'm always looking for foods like yogurt that contain high amounts of lactobacillus so when I tried this supplement I was so thrilled with the results. I can now get the same amount of nutrients without eating large amounts of dairy. I'm noticing the results of these probiotics already and I'm really looking forward to the long term results. There are 60 capsules- one months supply. Each serving has 75mg of cardiologists recommended LRC, Lactobacillus reuteri. I like taking the capsules because I can reap all the benefits of probiotics while supporting healthy cholesterol and digestive health. There is no funny aftertaste nor any digestive problems. I will continue to take these so I can can better my overall health.

I was a bit disappointed with the Heart Targeted version of these Bodi-ome probiotics. With the Immune formula, I noticed a reduction in bloat; and with the Stress formula, I imagined myself a bit more chipper (whether that was true or not...) But after2 weeks of the Heart formula, I didn't notice anything. Good or bad.
