Whoo when I tell you that this is by far the best body scrub I have ever had . I have all of her body products and they have yet to disappoint me.

…this is why they should make sure they have better seals. I have ordered this product twice. Both were part of pickup orders. The first, had the seal pulled away and it appeared to have had two obvious finger tip prints pressed. The second arrived with the seal actually ripped up with the pieces smashed in with the product. A better seal is a MUST!! Customers, or workers are opening the products, which is unsanitary, which can contaminate the products, and the person who unknowingly purchases it. Walmart's service has been terrible in recent weeks. My last 3 to 4 orders have either arrived open, with wrong substitutions, damaged in some way, or wrong order all together. I never had an issue before and I started ordering here when the pandemic began. Before that I was a reluctant Wal-Mart shopper. However, the pickup service has grown on me, and is convenient, so I stuck with it and I'm even a Walmart member. I'm not sure what changes have been made but it's obvious that something is not right. Please, don't become the stereotype (crowded, rude employees, rude customers—- the opposite of Target)—that kept me away from Walmart before the pandemic. There is no excuse for all of the recent errors, or open items. Items should be checked prior to bagging. Someone isn't doing their job!

I was excited to get the TPH Bath products but this body scrub is not it. While the smell and packaging are great the scrub itself is hard to use and doesn't really “scrub”. I like that it smells like a perfume instead of sweet or floral, but I will not purchase again.
When I received the scrub the seal was broken and apparently someone had used it. This is the second time I had this experience at my neighborhood Walmart
