I gifted a package of this to a good friend. She caught the flu, she was miserable, and according to her, this was some of the best medicine. She took a couple of showers each day while she was sick.
I love the smell of these while I take a shower. It helps open my airways so I breathe better and feel better
I absolutely loved these steamers, I use them when I have a sinus headache to relax and help open my sinuses. I also have used them to have a relaxing shower during my pregnancy. They were wonderful when I was dealing with pregnancy nausea. I will continue to use them for as long as I can find them in stock.

These are great if you don't have a bathtub in your house they don't have as much of an aroma as I would've preferred but they are still great
