I found this awhile back when I was really sick, coughing, wheezing and congested very badly. It really opens your airway and helps you get rid of the mucus. My oldest son was sick last week and it helped him, now my youngest is sick and this brought up the mucus fast for him. It costs a bit more, but well worth it. I have 2 on hand for next time.
