It's homeopathic, no side effects, gentle, to use only with the first symptoms.
This ointment was very effective if used regularly. No more pain!!!! I tried many other over-the-counter brands, but this one has them all beat! Highly recommend.
It's a good product and it helps a lot
Im pregnant and cant take any Cain of medicine for hemorrhoids and this was recommended by a friend who had the same problem in her pregnancy, this cream has been a life saver!!! Is a great price and boiron is a trustable lab
This ointment is amazing. I get hemhoroids very rarely, but when it happens I want relief fast. I used this as directed and the problem was solved in less than24 hours. I will always keep this around. It truly works!
I used it and it really hepled for hemorhoist, i used all king of other creams prescribed by the doctor and was just worse and worse. Now I am much better, i use just this cream once in a while when i fee like it tries to flare up. Also I got a bideu, don't use no more toilet paper and wet wipes. No nylon underwear.

Has not completely helped, did help some.
I was hoping this would be actually healing, because it's homeopathic, but it really just is for temporary relief of pain, etc. And it does help. I keep one tube at home and one in my purse, along with a little baggie of finger gloves.
I found this to be very helpful. Calmed my hemriods right down. Helps with itching and burning..good stuff.
