I have the 3 burner model. First of all, the burners are actually kind of weak as far as the flames. But the worst part was all of the knobs in front stripped so that turning the burners on and off was a real problem. Had to end up using pliers. And this was only the 2nd year of use and I don't use it that often. These knobs should have a metal lining in them, you can't expect the plastic to hold their shape. That would prevent the problem.
