The umbrella works great and looks good with our patio table and chairs.
The umbrella was much larger than I expected - for us that was a big plus. Great price and product.
I was sceptical because of the low price, but it turns out that it's decent. However, I had to buy a can of brown spray paint to paint the pole, which was red. And to hide the ugly brass union. It also didn't come with the handy velcro strap that holds it closed when not in use.
This is a nice unit and well made. Has a very traditional, classy look to it. Just a bit pricey, though for what it is. Might sell lots more at about $10.00 less.
The umbrella is attractive and easy to put together. The fabric is lighter and the construction is less solid than on some similar products, but it is a good value.
This is a nice sturdy umbrella with real wood for the handle, and it is good at shading you from the sun also.
This is a nice umbrella for the price, but it was missing a screw cap that held one of the stretchers to the rib. I just didn't feel like repacking it and sending it back. So, I rigged it with a screw and some kind of wing nut. Otherwise, it's sturdy and attractive. I also had the impression that the umbrella that I received had been sent to someone else before and that person had sent it back (probably because of the missing piece). Of course, I don't know that, I only think that because there were some usage stains on the canvas that looked like it had been used before. I just wanted the umbrella to cover my A/C unit from the intense Texas sun, so looks wasn't a major concern of mine. Lucky for the company, huh?
I loved the price!! However when received product the top pole is bent/warped leaving umbrella suspect as to whether the top will break in strong wind or with time. It is easily obvious as you look at the umbrella :-(
DO NOT BUY this umbrella. We purchased 2. the first one had big stains from the wood inside. The 2nd one broke within a day of setting it up. The wood spline broke in half. they are both going back to Sam's today. What garbage!
Do not waste your money on this product.The pole broke after two days and ten mile an hour winds. Made very cheaply.
