the peppermint plants that I got from this company was very protective when they sent the plants to me and I love the way they did it it was an excellent job and I got my plants safe and sound I will order from them again.
Great plant arrived healthy but a little withered even though no shipping delays. Arrived within approx 3 days. however due to size price could be better. A bit small but had great root system and is thriving when potted up.
Bonnie's plants are the Greatest and the shipping.
Able to divide and transplant. Plants took hold. Good quality. A little smaller than imagined but within reason.
These plants arrived wilted and not looking too good. The package was marked “this side up” and that there were plants but the delivery service didn't care. They obviously had been shaken around. I only ordered online because they were not in stock at the store even though the app said they were and staff couldn't tell me if they were getting any. The price online was higher than the in store price.
the plants were healthy considering they were completely infested with aphids. i dont mean a few i mean every leaf every stem covered. i buy bonnie plants all yhe time and never ever haf a single infested plant. well i bought 20 and spend 165 on the whole order. hopefully they survive treatment. would not buy from walmart again.
Once received the 2 plants were given water to wet, not soak. At time of purchase temperatures outside were 32° at night. Plants were kept indoors under grow lights. Second day one plant looked like it had freeze damage. Third day both appeared dead from frost damage. Wish I had taken photos so I could return.
The plants were wilted when they arrived. They arrived on 10/22 and it said they could be refunded on 10/22. The same day I received them. How does that work.
I really think some of the sellers are just into a quick profit and nothing else. Anyone can ship a healthy LOOKING plant in soggy, diseased soil. In other words, all 4 plants came LOOKING okay, but root rot clearly had already began. Not to mention they're encased in a plastic cover with SOGGY SOIL with mildew on top and then boxed in the dark for several days. A disaster waiting to happen. So, the funky soil was the big problem. The next day, the plant itself was wilting, and showing other root rot issues, and thinking oh I'll give it a few days to work itself out, BIG MISTAKE. The return process has you trying to return an online ordered plant to a local store btw they WILL NOT process a return for. So you just wasted money that could've been spent elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this company or purchasing plants you did not buy from a store locally. This is SO FRUSTRATING.
I ordered these once before. One was damaged in the packaging and didn't make it despite my attempts. I was home when they arrived so I unpacked them immediately. Now I just got a notice that my shipment won't be here until Oct 9th when they were supposed to be delivered today, Oct 7th. They are only return eligible until Oct 8th! How does this work???!
