The updates include easier fast button for 30 seconds. Love the LED lighting. Number buttons are still a bit tiny, but ok. So far, no real complaints!

Our previous microwave was on the verge of total death so it was time for a new one. We weren't planning on spending over $500 but now we are glad that we did. This microwave makes cooking easier. My only complaint is that the door takes quite an effort to close but you get used to it after some time. I highly recommend this microwave to anyone regardless of cooking experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this microwave so far, but am giving it 4 stars for a couple reasons. First, the grate inside the microwave is too low. I can barely fit any food on the plate when it is in there, so it will live in my basement. Second, installation was a pain due to the way it was delivered. Maybe it was just us, but the two screw holes on top have clips that need to be attached and they both fell into the inside of the microwave. An install of 15 min turned into 1.5 hours, because of this! However, Bosch customer service reps were very helpful, so there's that.

There is a "cheat sheet" sticker that gives you all the codes for sensor cooking. Thrilled with our new appliance!
Everything works well. We have one issue. The teeny tiny number and words on the touchpad are difficult to see during the day and worse at night in low light. We wish they were larger and backlit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this from a high-end appliance store in 2016...and immediately had trouble with the lights that were over the cooktop. They went on and off. The bulbs finally appeared to die, so I opened up the cover to replace them - only to find they were both hot-glued into the sockets. I had to call a repair service and the person they sent basically had to break the sockets to get the bubls out. He put new sockets in. Now last night, I was cooking green beans in the bag and they exploded (with over a minute to go - weird), so I opened the microwave door and bent down to get a bowl out of the drawer. Upong standing back up, I hit my head on the door, which had swumg out -- and I knocked it clean off of the top hinge. It also bent. Let me add that my head didn't even hurt as I didn't hit it that hard, but somehow it bent the hinge and frame. I couldn't help but think how cheaply made it is, but then again my dishwasher door feels like I could just rip it right off. I would not recommend any Bosch appliance at this point and I have a dishwasher and refrigerator in addition to this microwave.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaints are that grease escapes out the top/front vent even though I had it set up and installed for air out the wall. Also, there is no automatic night light schedule option. Only manual on and off.
