Great for pizza de livery, turn on to medium about ten minutes before arrival and keeps it hot and ready to service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had in for about 6 weeks. We thought. We would not use it much but to our surprise, we use it a couple times a week and we are very happy we have it.
We had this about two week and it works great
Generally works well and plates and bowls achieve a good temperature. Unfortunatly the door does not always line up in the closed position and sits out slightly
I have had this product and have been using it consistently for a few months now. First off, I love how this warming drawer looks. It's sleek, clean, and looks great in my kitchen. The temperature settings are great. However, the opening and closing mechanism is horrible. You need to push it to open it, and most of the time, it does not open right away, and it takes a few pushes for it to pop open. The same thing happens when you try to close it- I need to push it in a few times until it actually stays closed. The mechanism feels extremely flimsy and it seems as if it is going to break every time I use it. I fear that it will break eventually, once the item is out of warranty, and then I will be stuck with a non-functioning warming drawer, or in other words, a waste of good money. I do not recommend this product.
The sliding drawer stuck closed on first use and couldn't be opened. Since the power switch is inside the drawer, I removed power to the unit at the circuit breaker and eventually opened the drawer by repeatedly pushing it closed and then quickly pulling outward with a bit of force. Considering the bad reviews posted here (and elsewhere) by other Series 500 owners, it appears that this is a common problem in an appliance that isn't very sturdy. It's my opinion that the drawer-slide problem is a design flaw.

I've had this for about 6 months now. We've had the repairman out 3 times to replace the rails. The "push to open" mechanism is very flaky and can easily be damaged.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Closing mechanism is terrible. Cheap little plastic parts that supposed to hold drawer from opening broke. After using drawer for a year it no longer stays closed. We had and still have Bosch dishwasher without any issues. Bosch engineers should be ashamed of this poor quality design closing mechanism.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this installed in a new build and the drawer didn't work from the get go. The door does not open. We have had a repair man out and it still is not fixed.
