The washer works great - cleans and drys well even without having to rinse dishes first. The built in water softener is definitely a plus as it will extend the life of our dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this dishwasher. It cleans the dishes spotlessly and is very quiet. The only thing we would like to see improved is the silverware basket. Our silverware has a wide base and the individual slots on the basket are a little bit small so we have to give each piece of silverware a little push to have it fit.
Previous dishwasher was a Bosch that lasted 15 years. No question what brand we'd buy to replace it. We're very happy with our new Bosch. The biggest complement we have with our new dishwasher is how quiet it is. Hardly even know it is running.

I was a bit disappointed that the third rack was not a full rack, but fold-down short racks on the sides of the middle rack, but since I have been using it, I have not missed having the full third rack. My dishes have never been so clean!

Con: the racks are poorly designed so that on the bottom bowls fall through. The silverware rack is poorly designed and takes up much of the space for dishes.
