This is my second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted for 13 years and was still working when I deceived to upgrade. I receive numerous comments on the sleek design. I love the 3 shelf for delicate items. When my Bosch dishwasher is in cleaning mode it's so quite you can only know it's in operation by seeing the light on the bottom of the machine. The controls are all hidden and the inverted handel is perfect for my small kitchen. What a pleasure to make a purchase for a major appliance that you know will last you for many years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it for couple of months so we cannot tell how long it will last but so far we are extremely happy. It is so quiet that if it weren't for the red light on the floor we wouldn't know it was working. I love the three racks! No more bending down to find the long handled spoon at the bottom of the dishwasher. Even plates fit on the second rack making emptying a pleasure. I like being able to use the half load, eco feature and the 60 minute speed cycle. I may have spent more on this one, but we are very happy with our new smart and quiet helper in the kitchen. It works as advertised and does the job quietly! Just what I was looking for! I've waited almost 4months because of the pandemic, the production was slow, but it worth the time and money! Thanks a lot!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a lot of dishwashers over the years but I never gave Bosche a try and now I'm kicking myself. The higher price tag always scared me away from this brand but this is definitely one of those instances where you get what you pay for. First of all I love the clean look with the buttons hidden on the top of the door, and the LED laser status light on the floor was a genius idea. You can see that it's still running from across a large room and the reason that's important is because this unit is ridiculously quiet. I'm talking so quiet that initially we thought it wasn't working the first time we used it because it's dead silent. I've never seen a washer this silent before. I will admit that it took a bit too get used to the controls but once we figured it out it was a breeze. Not only does it look great and doesn't make a sound but it's actuality a darn good washer. For years my wife has begged me to get a washer that will actually do a good job cleaning dishes and this washer has done an amazing job. I love how it makes the most of all the space with the 3 racks with all the adjustable pieces. I'f you're on the fence about spending the cash on this washer, do not worry. Your money will be well spent.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for a few months now and we've had the chance to wash some oversized things and some delicate things. We use the dishwasher about 3 times per week. First off, Bosch customer service has been stellar. Even before we received the dishwasher they called and offered to set up an installation appointment with a local install contractor. We didn't need it but it was a nice touch. After it was installed they followed up to see how we liked it and went so far as to send a care package with a few dishwashing goodies inside. I did the installation myself. I have to say, removing the old dishwasher was harder than installing the Bosch. Installation was straightforward. The instructions are well illustrated and easy to understand. This model has the controls on the top edge of the door. I was a little unsure if the controls were to stick out past the edge of the countertop or be hidden under the edge. It became obvious as soon as I moved the machine into place the controls are hidden under the edge of the counter. Two things really stand out about this dishwasher. One, it's quiet when it's running. Really quiet. Like you can barely hear it when you're standing right in front of it quiet. Mostly you hear water sounds. I'm sure that's why Bosch incorporated the red light that shines on the floor under the right corner...so you'll know it's on. Two, the inside is cavernous. It would take us (just two) a week of meals to fill this thing. It can be configured and reconfigured various ways to hold a lot of dirty dishes of various shapes and sizes. There are 3 racks and the middle one can be raised/lowered to accomadate all types of dishware. We've ran it completely full and not so full, with "normal" stuff like pots and pans and plates and bowls and with odd shaped/sized stuff like grill racks. It cleans everything completely. We have yet to find an item that did not come completely clean. No dried on food on pots/pans/plates and no glassware with little bits of grit and residue. Everything comes out spotless first time, everytime. We haven't tried all the settings available on it. The normal setting seems to work fine for us so that's generally where we leave it. I have tried the "Crystal Dry" setting. That setting is supposed to remove all water, even from the edges/rims of plastic items that normally collect water. I can't honestly say that it removed all the water but it was close. There were a few pieces of plastic that still had very small amounts of water on the edge once the cycle was completed. Far, far less than usual. In general I'd say it works as advertised. Operating the controls are simple. Press the "On/Off" button, select your cycle and other options, press "Start" and close the door. You should see the red light shining on the floor under the right hand corner. If it's flashing or not on, open the door and press "Start" again until it beeps. Close the door within 3 seconds and you should be good. Just watch for the solid red light. Cleaning the filter is easy. And if you run out of rinsing agent, it'll tell you. Everything is very well thought out. One other thing that was very important to us. It's Made in the USA. As nice as it is, you know it can't be perfect. The only downside we've come across is the stainless finish. It is HARD to keep clean. This thing must have a fingerprint magnet inside because it attracts fingerprints and smudges like nothing I've ever seen. It comes clean easily enough with minimal effort but it's a constant job. We've kind of learned to just tolerate the fingerprints and smudges now more so than when it was new. Obviously we're very pleased with the Bosch. It's a premium dishwasher that does a premium job. We're very happy to have it in our kitchen. We have our eye on a gas cooktop next!
We have thoroughly enjoyed this appliance. Our stainless, glass and china come out sparkling clean. We would never buy anything but Bosch due to the service we have experienced.

Loud noises confused her so I searched for quiet appliances. Bosch delivered on their promise. Now my home is small quaint rambler, noise is a nuisance in small homes. 2nd Bosch purchased is even quieter than the 1st. Highly recommend

I have to put my ear on the door in order To hear it running, and I can hardingly hear it when I do this. The dishes come out better looking and sparkle . I would tell everyone go buy one. I love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is the quietest that I've ever experienced. I have a tiny, 1200 sf home where every sound is heard by all. It's nearly impossible to tell if the machine is running, even sitting 10' away. I usually have to look at the red indicator light on the floor to make sure it's running. Tons of settings. I've been running it now for over a month and each load is perfect. The small rack at the top is perfect and allows for a very full load of dishes. I used to run mine twice a day with a family of four and now it's only once a day because of the capacity of this machine. Looks great, too. Highly recommend. This replaced another Bosch 300 series that we had for 7.5 years. It still worked, but I wanted to upgrade for the sound control of this unit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is sleak in design, super quiet & holds a lot of dishes. The only drawback is that the middle rack (for glasses) only has one row for tall glasses/Yeti style cups/sports bottles.
I bought this dishwasher in March. I am very disappointed with the design of the bottom rack. I always have to rearrange dishes and bowls to fit new ones in. The tines are bent at too much of an angle and take up too much space. I am doing twice the amount of washing loads then before and not as quiet as it claims to be. Other features are fine but not worth the large price tag
