[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best charging cradle in the world. Just sit the speaker on and within a short time the Bose home speaker is fully charged and ready to go. Doesnt get any better than this. HIGHLY Recommend !!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my Portable Home Speaker and I must say I am impressed with the quality of it. I was expecting it to be plastic like the Revolve cradle but it's not. The base is made out of metal that matches the color of the speaker. It has a nice weight to it also. I also liked that they got rid of the grooves on the base. Eliminating the grooves allows you to place the speaker on in a hurry. I find myself fighting with the Revolve cradle due to this problem. It also compliments the speakers design while sitting ontop of it. I highly recommend this cradle to anyone who owns the Bose PHS.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cradle should be considered necessary for the Bose speaker. Everything on the speaker has a warranty except the USB power input. The USB receptacle on the speaker feels a little weak and I was worried about the long term reliability. This cradle eliminates the need to use that power input by using gold pins that make contact with small plates on the bottom of the speaker. So, the worry about damaging the one item the warranty won't cover is eliminated. The money for the dock is probably less than the cost of repairing that USB port later.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this charging cradle & and the Bose portable speaker for almost 2 months now and I am so impressed with both! Whenever my speaker needs a charge, I simply set it down on the cradle. It charges the speaker within an hour while allowing you to continue using the speaker. The indicator lights let you know that the charger is activated. The charging cradle is also small and indiscreet and can easily be carried for on the go.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been “dropping” my Bose speaker off at the cradle unit every evening after using it throughout the day just for it to be ready to go in the mornings. It easy attaches itself to the speaker and starts charging. I forgot to put it on the charger after an entire weekend of play and the speaker itself still had juice but loved how convenient the cradle is. It literally feels like a piece of the speaker when attached. It just makes for an easier to charge unit. We all love not having to deal with too many wires or buttons and this little cradle makes it super easy for you not having to worry to remember to put it on the charger. Best little speaker!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Bose Portable Speaker can be charged directly, but it can also be shared with the Speaker Charging Cradle. Bose must constantly ask themselves "how can we do it better". The reason I say this, is that an earlier version of the 360 degree style speaker also had a charging cradle, BUT, you needed to line it up so that the connection aligned between cradle and speaker. It wasn't difficult or frustrating, but this version is so much better. You simply place the speaker on the cradle, and no worries, it starts charging. The cradle blends so well with the speaker itself, you don't even notice it. So, you have two ways to charge. Plug it in the old fashioned way, or use this charger just by placing it on the cradle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charging cradle makes the Bose Hole speaker more accessible because it keeps the unit charged . I use it often and I find that the cradle ensures that I don't have surprises . Music is extremely important to me and I am happy to have this accessory keep my speaker powered.
Bought it as a gift for my brother but found out he already bought one for himself so am going to return it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miner took over a month to come on my Internet order. Also didn't get in motion until i called and inquired. The charger should also include a power cord. Note to those who order it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love being able to play my music all day long and drop it on the charger for quick charging, except this little cradle thingy is ok. Not great, not awesome, just ok. The wire makes it sort of funky for you to Quickly drop it and charge it but you can tell that they tried to fix their issue with the plug not staying. I didn't have an issue with it coming out but if you move frequently from room to room I can see it getting weak. It's nice to have if you leave it set somewhere and not have to move it but then what's the point of the portability. So I say, if you're on the move then yes, Totally worth it! If it's going to stay in one spot, just save your money and keep it plugged in and just charge when needed.
