Your not going to win any sound competitions but this subwoofer will give you some serious bass. I don't have any regrets buying this sub.
The speakers work great the base is is awesome boss is great!!!!
EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. For $30?This guy packs a nice, clean wallop. I repair home theaters for a living and loaded this 10" 800 watt driver into a 400 watt powered Insignia cabinet. No distortion. No rattles. Super clean, and rumbles.Im impressed with the big magnet and polyporpuline or whatever it is cone-NOT paper, lots of give. Customer was on a budget,so I gave it a shot, and Im impressed-and I usually deal in JBL,Klipsch,Martin,Turbosound and higher end stuff. Fast shipping too. Thanks!
I've been involved in car Audio for 30 years. These budget subs will surprise you. Nice sound, without breaking the bank. Works well in either sealed, ported, slotted, or bandpass configurations. I would recommend to anyone looking upgrade their old subs, or just getting into the game. No need for overpowering amps to push them. They're not really made for that. RMS is rated at 400 Watts. A budget amp is recommended (600 Watts peak or less). You won't be disappointed.
I bought these on roll-back at $25 each. There is nothing available in that price point that would compare. I have them wired into a true 600watt RMS monoblock at 2ohms in a ported enclosure tuned to 35hz(1cubic foot per sub.) They have clean/smooth bass that fills the whole cab. They hit hard and sound good. I have been into car stereo for 20 years and have had everything from budget systems to full blown SPL Competition set-ups. Could I spend more money and get better sound quality and more spl? Yes, but for $50 two of these subs in a box that is built to the specs Boss recommends and clean RMS power they sound great. Only complaint is the spade terminals for connection. At this price I don't expect anything different, but push terminals are the way to go.
Replaced factory speakers with 3 of these subs and definitely can tell the difference
Absolutely bang for your buck
I brought two of these for my teenage son he installed one and he said dad I don't want these they sound terrible so I was like just hook the other one up and close the trunk boom boom he said dang they sound good bass hit very hard and clear for the price you can't go wrong now I want one LOL
the subs work great, they hit hard, and you cant beat the price, my only issue is that they did not come with the screws to mount them. a quick trip to ace hardware fixed that though.
stopped working after a month dnt waste your time or money
