The sound quality of these speakers is impressive. Even at 70 MPH on the highway with a windshield on my bike, the music was still clearly audible. While the speakers may appear large at first, they are starting to grow on me. They may not provide heavy bass, but they are ideal for the rider to enjoy their music without disturbing others. Overall, these speakers are really good for motorcycle audio.
The Boss speakers are a great investment. They are simple to install and connect. The remote control is convenient for changing songs and adjusting volume easily. The sound quality is decent, although I wish there was more bass. At higher speeds, it's hard to notice the bass anyway. I appreciate the sleek appearance of the speakers when mounted on my crash bars.
I found it easy to install on my Honda vtx1300c and appreciate the ability to turn them off to prevent battery drain. Pairing was simple - just turn on Bluetooth on my phone and the speakers connect automatically.
When I installed this speaker on my ATV, I found it more suitable for ATV than a motorcycle. It's not very loud at high speeds, but great for cruising trails. Easy to control playback, pause, and volume. I prefer this over other options as it doesn't take up rack space like some of Boss's other ATV speakers.
I found this purchase to be excellent. The sound quality is clear, and the volume control functions perfectly. It was definitely worth the investment, and I was highly satisfied with the product.
After using the speakers for 3 weeks, I am pleased with them. They were easy to install and sound good. I appreciate that they don't require an external amp and the Bluetooth function works well. They get loud, but are drowned out at highway speeds. They perform well under 50mph. However, I found the bass lacking and adjusted it with the equalizer on my MP3 player.
I have these speakers on my two motorcycles and four wheeler. They sound great for the price, with noticeable bass at a stand still. The wind noise can drown out the bass, but the speakers are clear. The color fades a bit, especially on the four wheeler exposed to weather. Despite that, the motorcycle speakers still work perfectly even after getting wet multiple times. They are audible up to 90 MPH, but lose sound at 105-110 MPH. Overall, I find them to be a good product.
When I tested it on my 2006 Heritage with a 19-inch windshield, it fit well and had a couple of inches of room to spare. However, I found that it wasn't quite loud enough when I went faster than 50mph. Overall, it's a decent product.
I have heard these speakers before and they sound great, lasting a long time and being all around good. However, the one I received was dented in and non-functional.
After using the unit for about a month, it started malfunctioning. When I reached out to technical support, they authorized a field destruction and replacement. I provided photo proof of destroying the product. However, they informed me that the original product was not available and offered a replacement at almost half the price. Now, I have to decide between waiting for a restock or accepting the cheaper alternative. This experience has made me hesitant to buy or suggest Boss products in the future.
