Unusual and very useful item. Small with amp right in the speaker. Really reduces wiring. I am using for a home built hands free cell phone system.
East to install works very well just as advertised.
Just got mine in today. Very quick shipping. For 2.5" speakers, they sound great. Of course they don't have the bass that your home systems has, but who is going to hear that on a bike anyway? It does matter what you drive them with. One of my MP3's was not near as loud as my old small radio was. With the radio hooked up, these speakers were very loud! With the amps inside the speaker, hook up is going to be much simpler. Unfortunately, I received black speakers. I thought that I was getting Chrome. :). Still - for $50 bucks, I am thrilled.
Two in cased speakers with red and black wire for battery connection internal amp 3rd wire for volume and 3.5 aux cable would have gotten a 5 if speaker case allowed for flat surface you will need to use the brackets it comes with. Loud sound not good for bass.
I bought a set of these and talked my cousin into buying a set. First time we went out riding, one of mine blew after about an hour of riding. Both his speakers blew shortly after that! Now to go through the return process and get out money back. will NOT buy another set of these!
