It works just fine. I haven't used it an excessive amount, but have used it quite a bit and it only rarely jams (maybe twice in 300-400 uses). The only surprise from it was that I was unaware that it only uses a special staple just for these kinds of staplers, which I must buy online also because most retailers don't carry them. Other than that, its a superbly engineered mechanism.
This is an awesome stapler. The best one I have ever purchased. Too bad you cannot get staples for it.
Good quality brand. It does what it is supposed to. Some documents should be kept permanently in paper form. The flat staple means that the documents don't take up so much storage space.
I really like this stapler. It did a wonderful job without any problems at all.
I WAS TRYING TO REPLACE MY DESK STAPLER THAT SOMEHOW FAILED AFTER YEARS OF DEPENDABLE SERVICE WITH SOMETHING SIMILAR BUT APPARENTLY YOU CAN'T TELL FROM A PHOTO HOW BIG THE STAPLER WAS THAT I BOUGHT. IT TURNED OUT TO BE ABOUT HALF THE SIZE OF A USUAL DESK TOP STAPLER AND STILL COSTS THE SAME... I HAD A BRIEFCASE STAPLER THIS SIZE THAT I WAS USING TILL THIS ONE ARRIVED SO NOW I HAVE 2 SMALL STAPLER AND AM STILL LOOKING FOR A DESKTOP STAPLER SO BEWARE OF THE SMALL SIZE OF THIS STAPLER.
