I use these staplers in the pharmacy. They are long lasting and durable. They hardly ever jam and the grip is very comfortable. Other office supply stores sell these over $35. Walmart has a very good price on these.
The plastic staplers work great until the rear fasteners break, which could happen at any time. Don't waste your time with these....buy the metal version.

This is an excellent stapler. The only issue is that it is somewhat difficult to find the appropriate staplers. I highly recommend that if Walmart is selling this stapler then they should carry the staplers as a stock item.
This is a really handy stapler, but it does not take standard staples. Very easy to use. Please check your staples to order what you will need to fit this unit.
Stapler was eventually ok as I found out that the staples shown with the stapler were not for that stapler. I was ticked, but kept the staples that fit another stapler we owned. When I ordered the correct staples, they cam as a box in an envelope. But the staples were completely out of the box, scattered in the envelope in pieces. Poor shipping. I will look elsewhere for a reorder of staples. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
WAL-MART ONLINE OR STORE FRONT DOES NOT CARRY THE STAPLES. ONLY THE STAPLER. FOUND THE STAPLES AT "GRAINGERS.COM". STAPLER AND STAPLES ARE MUCH SMALLER/ WEAKER THAN MODELS OF PAST YEARS. WILL NOT DO HALF INCH STAPLES. THREE EIGHTS MAX. STAPLER WILL NOT OPEN FOR REPAIR/JAMS. LOADS FROM BACK. BAD IDEA. COULD NOT FIND OTHER HEAVY DUTY STAPLERS ANYWHERE. STUCK WITH THIS ONE. BUT, WAL-MART WAS THE LOWEST PRICE OF ALL SELLERS I RESEARCHED. I HAVE LEARNED TO ALWAYS CHECK WAL-MART ONLINE BEFORE ANY PURCHASE. THEY ROUTINELY HAVE THE BETTER PRICE, AND CAN'T BET THE RETURN POLICY.
I purchased this stapler based on the performance of one that I borrowed from a friend. Worst decision I ever made. It would not even accept the staples. Returned it for a refund.
I couldn't find staples to fit the stapler, so I never used it. When I tried to find staples to fit the stapler, they didn't come from Walmart, but from another company. The company charged me $10.97 for the staples, and $10.50 to ship them to me, and they were the wrong size, so I sent them back, for a refund, and I only received $10.97 back, and I had to pay the shipping back to the company.
