The picture shows a red sleeve over the mobile arm but when I received it, the sleeve itself was blue. Not red. Also, the part where the 4 "arms" and the music box attach were both "female" pieces rather than a hook and a loop like the instructions show. A paperclip easily fixed this and it could've just been an accident on the mobile I received. All-in-all, it's so cute and I really love it!
