I love the smoker just wish the smoker bisquets (chips) were easer and cheaper to find :( I did not think it was going to be that hard. Even walmart website is out of stock :(
After many months of seeking a digital smoker, I finally found the Bradley Smoker. So far I have smoked sausage, ribs, brisket and salmon and have not been disappointed. The instructions are easy to follow and the food has come out near perfect. I love the fact that I can set the temperature and timer and forget about it until it is time to remove the food. I look forward to expanding my smoking horizons to not only meat but things like vegetables and what ever else I can find to smoke. I like the idea that I can use the wood bisquits and can expeirimate by stacking different blends in the smoke generator to bring out different flavors.
after i purchase the Bradley Smoker they put a 15 percent discount on thier smokers, should send back and reorder but that not who i am, Bradley should give me the discount, but that okay
This is my second smoker, first one lasted almost 10 years. I smoke anything smokable, just set the timer and the temperature and go around my business, and after a few hours it is perfectly done. And if I am not back in time the smoker will turn itself off at specific time. Would definitely recommend it .
Product was very easy to understand and use. This is the first time I had used a smoker. I followed a rib recipe that came with my Bradley digital smoker and they turned out fall off the bone perfect. Like the manufacture says, set and forget it.
Used it the first time this weekend. My ribs and chicken came out great.
Works great but the door doesn't seal as well as it could. Wish the door latched.
I have run Bradley smokers for 9 years, and gone though 2 different units. I was first attracted to the affordability and automatic puck feeder system. The first Bradley unit literally fell apart (door fell off and interior heating element stopped working)after around 4 years of occasional use. However it did put out some delicious smoked meats, and is easy to use. So I purchased a second unit in 2016. Last year while smoking some brisket, the unit actually caught on fire! By the time I came out (about 20 mins) the whole unit had burned out, and of destroyed $90 in Brisket! (See pics) The heat from the burning unit was enough to singe surrounding grass and leaf litter. I fear for what could of happened if I had not been checking in frequently . Spoke to Bradley customer service mentioned that I followed the instructions to T. (No I didn't let the water run out) Showed them the graphic evidence of the burnt out pics (they asked for them twice) and still Bradley would do nothing for this repeat customer. (Well they did offer a scratch and dent unit at higher price then I could buy a new one from a third party seller for) Make sure you don't put this on your deck or near your house, buyer beware! The units from Master built look like a safer options. Good luck!
When I took it out of the box, set it all up and plugged it in... It gave me an error and did not work. I called Bradley and the were ALL OVER IT!! They got me a new one and all is good (for now). Not sure how long this heating element will last so I'm a little unsure i would every buy this again or recommend it to anyone. Bradley gives you a year on this and will fix or replace it if something goes wrong in that time. My concern is I spent about $400 and don't want to spend whatever it cost for a new heating element if/when it goes out after my year is up. For the record: Bradley was AWESOME and VERY fast to respond!! THEY MADE IT RIGHT!!!
After installation of the Digital Smoke Generator, I had to remove it for the use of the cold smoke adapter, then I reinstalled the Digital Smoke Generator and the "spacer disc with M5 screw fell of the smoker. I inspected the tread, and it is stripped. Poor craftsman ship.
