I had never seen one of these before and when it arrieved I was suprised how well built it is. I have smoked 2 times with it and both times it turned out great. No big mess, and really simple to get it going for the first time. You gotta chek it out... works great.

Studied smokers for 6 mo before purchasing. Have a big smoker I used for years and just tired of the baby sitting at times, and when I fire it up I might as well cook for the hole block.. The Bradley is a true smoker that doesn' t need a lot of attention!!! Boston Butts, Ribs, Deer, Fish all turn out great.. Look and you find out that the best price around is at walmart.com
very easy to use, great results, lots of different briquettes flavors would recommend to anyone looking for a easy to use smoker
I bought one of these in December 2015, used it a couple of times over the next few weeks and was very happy with the results. The last time I tried to use it (Feb 2016) the digital display/control panel would not allow me to adjust the smoke time or the cook temperature. I had registered the warranty online previously so I called Bradley to find out how they would correct the problem. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and said she would ship me a new smoke generator assembly. I had it three days later and the smoker works fine now. If it wasn't for this glitch I would have given it five stars 'cause I really do love how this thing works. Bradley's customer service was also very good, which seems to be a rare thing in this day and age.
Pick up was easy, set up was a snap, seasoned it like the instruction said, water bowl could be bigger, in 2 days time smoked a lamb leg, 2 racks of beef ribs, 3 racks of pork ribs, and a pork butt, yea the bisquettes are a bit pricy, but it's worth it to me to set it up for 10 hours and not have to deal with checking if it is still got smoke. I put a aluminum pan where water bowl goes to hold more water and spent bisquettes. again a HOLY COW! for this product, it will be a valued addition to my BBQing all year round. Now, only if i can find those bisquettes for a better deal.....
Friends told me this is the best. So brought it only to find out that all there smokers have bad heater elements in them. Seems there manufacturer of them produced a bad element so you get no heat. I did register the warranty which is important on line, and called them the next day when I found that the unit did heat. They explained that yes there product was bad and they have a new company making the heating elements. They were nice about it and said they were going to send a new element. So beware when you buy this or the normal 4 rack Bradley smoker. Do the registration for warranty, check out the heater element for the glow when you cure it. So the smoker also works great.
