Hard item to find. After searching the internet by the part number. Walmart was only place I found a match.
I searched local stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, & others) for a Brainard Beaded 4 Switch Wall Plate. I found 3 switch plates but none with four switches. When I went to order online, Walmart had the best price by far & the shipping to my local store was free.
Couldn't find this at the big box stores, so was happy to see it here. Very nice switch plate.
