I have been using this kind of brush for about 4 years now. It has made a big difference in my gums and teeth health. I just recently bought a new replacement head. I am just using the first one of the pkg of two. So far I have had a bristle come off and stick firmly between my teeth twice with the current head. I thought that maybe this was just a random thing, but it also happened with the last pkg of heads I bought. I am wondering if Oral B has changed something in the quality of the heads. I still love my tooth brush, but it is annoying that I am having issues with the replacement heads
the motor on my tooth brush broke and now i need a new one.
