[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, this is one of those products that I never knew what I was missing out on until I had it! I was shocked at all of the features that were available! I also liked that it is fairly compact, because kitchen space for me can be an issue. It has a nice design and good capacity! This product is well made and awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Multiquick 9 hand blender has so many great kitchen functions. It chops, mashes, blends, whisks, and purees with the one handheld tool and applicable accessory. I was a little intimidated when I took it out of the box and saw all the tools and attachments, but the instruction manual it comes with is fantastic at explaining what each accessory can do. It also comes with some great recipe examples for each accessory. So far, I have made smoothies, salads, dressings, and dips, and they have all come out perfect. It is a very high-end unit, and each piece is of excellent quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by the far the best Immersion blender I have ever had. I am so impressed by this little yet very powerful machine. It has is a 400W motor with 21 different speeds and a turbo boost option as well. This fits perfect in my hand, it is not too heavy and is super easy to control. The best part about this blender is that the clean up is super easy with the easily detachable stainless steel blending shaft, as well as the easy click system for the shaft and other accessories; which are dishwasher safe. I love that all the pieces that come into contact with food are BPA-free. This blends and purees food so fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who cooks. I am in love with this blender and enjoy cooking so more more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned and loved a previous Braun hand blender, so when we got a chance to bring this one to the kitchen, we were thrilled. And we are very happy to report, it has improved on everything we loved about the previous model, and brings a ton more peripherals to the table. Too, we can get rid of our giant old food processor, and save space in our kitchen cabinets. I'll say first that Braun makes a well built, easy to use hand blender. Our old one is working as well as the day we took it out of the box, so we expect this to do the same. I anticipate using this until we pass it down to our daughter. It has a comfortable heft to it, that tells me it is built with quality components. It feels good in your hand, is well balanced, and the buttons are simple to operate. Like the previous version, there is a variable speed motor, but unlike the previous one, it offers pulse, and two power settings. There is a lock that you must disengage before turning the motor on, and it will lock automatically after a few minutes of rest, which seems a bit too quick, but means there is little chance to accidentally injure yourself. The blender offers all the power we need, so we've gotten rid of our old, giant food processor that we rarely used, and filled up an enormous amount of our kitchen cabinet space. The MultiQuick 9199 comes with everything we need (and more), and takes up a fraction of the space. Seriously, it has everything. You can make smoothies, chop veggies, make French fries, and blend, blend, blend. The attachments are easy to install, and the quick release buttons work smoothly and are very responsive. This thing is an absolute workhorse, and we couldn't be happier (and I said that about the old version). This is a major upgrade, and we worth it, especially if you have an old door processing dinosaur filling up your cabinets. We are only overwhelmed by the amount and variety of the attachments. Big recommendation!
So far so good. It's a big, solid, powerful immersion blender. It's quite tall, but I like that the stick part is long, keeping my hands away from what I'm blending (I read reviews of cheap models where the stick may have been shorter). Have been making smoothies and it powers through frozen fruit.
I think its the best hand blender, I used same one in Moscow, when I moved I bought cusinart it was so slow, Braun its more powerful. Im doing shakes every day and so fast. Its already 1 year I bought its like new, new models mush better and more powerful. And I bought for good price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much can be done with just this one kitchen device. You can start off by blending, mixing, chopping, dicing, mashing, shredding, crushing or puréing. Whichever you choose to do first it'll be fun! You can make smoothies, whipped cream, baby food, soups, pasta, mashed potatoes, etc. So far it has been very easy to use and easy to clean as well just be careful with the sharp parts but you should already know that.
Much improve connector on motor shaft. Photo shows difference. Old one (10+ years) and new one. This is our go-to appliance for so many things in the kitchen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I'm NOT a big fan of hand blenders. They just don't seem to do the job like a good countertop mode does. This one, however, does a lot of things the blender just doesn't do … conveniently anyway. I'm going to go straight to the mashed potato gadget. If I don't use this for anything else ever again, this would be my one and only happiness. The weird little gray paddle that pushes the potatoes up through the holes makes for quick, easy, and super smooth mashed ‘tates. I live the quick change attachments. I can go from the food processor, to the whisk, to the hand blender in a simple click. My only real issue is the safety switch. I do appreciate good safety measures, but having to unlock after every time you push the button and release is a tad annoying. Now the only thing I could really ask for is a wall holder for the unit and attachments but other than that.. I really like this thing.
I liked this brand in past, and was happy to find it now made not in China and marked more powerfull than average. But in a couple months after I bought it one day it stopped to work (using chopper then). All lights were on in same time and flashing. It started to work in a while. But got weak, I feel the power of the appliance is partually lost after that! Unhappy ((
