It's also very easy to use and great that I can check on my kids temps even when they're asleep. Highly recommend.

The display lets me know with the bright digitally lit numbers and the color if there is no fever, mid grade fever or high fever. It's quiet and I don't need to turn on lights or even wake up the little ones when using this! The only thing I found for the best accuracy reading is making sure the hair is out of the way. When she wakes up, she refuses to let me put it in her ear to check. I really like this non contact thermometer and the muted option. I'm able to check my daughter's temperature without waking her up. The color coded fever guidance is really helpful as well. It keeps me alert on when I need to start worry about bringing her temperature down. My daughter gets sick quite frequently, so a thermometer like this is a must have in our household.

Comes with a protective cap when not in use. Protecting the light that takes your temperature. Has a nice comfortable angle that allows for an even easier use for those who are not feeling well. Just simply hit the power button found at the bottom of the device and aim it directly in the middle of the forehead. Displays in C* or F* on the led screen if needed. If you have a fever the thermometer will light up yellow for mid-grade and red for high fever. Led, digital display screen to show you the temperature. Take your temperature in 2 seconds flat by aiming the light in the middle of the forehead and holding down the (blue) thermometer button. Also has a sound on/off button (located on the left side of your Braun device. Includes 2 AAA batteries. One click to turn off the Braun device. I highly recommend this product for your home health needs. I love it.

Braun makes great quality thermometers that give an accurate temperature reading. It takes less than 5 seconds to get a temperature reading. Temperature guidance changes the backlight from green to yellow to red depending on the temperature reading. The screen is large and easy to read. I compared to our ear thermometer and the readings were the same. So this will definitely come in handy at night time when I need to do a temperature check when my children don't feel well.

It works so fast too ! It reads your temperature almost instantly and is super fast to power on and off. It seems accurate when compared to my other thermometer and I love that it's no contact so things stay sanitary between uses. It also has a light that shows you where it's pointing for accurate aim and tells you if you need to move it closer. Also it comes with batteries !!
