This allows you to keep your coffee at the temp you want for up to 4 hours. The best part is, we can have iced coffee and it doesn't taste watered down at all! Would highly recommend!

The coffee came out super strong great flavor definitely a great coffee pot to have on hand in case of an emergency.

I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Also, it is a very good coffee pot for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting the hang of all of the settings but one thing I love is that you can control brew strength, that's my favorite feature! Everything is reusable so no filters to buy and it comes apart easily to clean. This would be great for an office too because it makes 14 cups of coffee. You can keep the pot warm too which is nice. I haven't tried the iced option yet but look forward to doing that all summer!
Does not have a high enough extraction temperature even on “bold” setting.Consequently makes vey weak and flavourless coffee unless an excessive amount of coffee is used. This is the case even when the included filter is removed and replaced with a single paper filter. Will relegate to the cottage and would not buy it again. As a matter of interest it has one of the most confusing manuals I have ever seen included with a table top appliance.
First one almost started on fire and now the second one the handle on the carafe broke so I replaced the pot from the burned one and now it's broke to!
