Usually I get pretty stuffed up at night, causing me to breathe out of my mouth, but these strips helped keep my nasal passage open, allowing me to breathe better!
I have been using Breathe Rights since I first saw them in my local pharmacy, years ago. I have always had a problem with a stuffy nose when I lie down and try to sleep. I tried to stay away from medications and when my sister came to visit me and offered me a Breathe Right, I was "hooked". I applied a Breathe Right and for the first time in ages, I could breathe through my nose. I went to sleep and slept soundly and since that time, I keep 2 boxes in my bedside table. I want to be sure of having them on hand. This is one of the best inventions of the century! Don't ever stop manufacturing them.
Normally I can not breathe through my nose and I have to sleep with my mouth open, which causes me a lot of respiratory problems. After Using these strips I can FINALLY breathe through my nose. I recommend these for people who cannot breathe through their nose while they sleep or have trouble breathing while sleeping.
I bought these bc of a recommendation from my physical therapist. I mentioned that when I lie on my right side my left nostril closes. My nose is pug like and my nostrils are long and thin. Anyway, when I first applied the strip.... I was sitting upright... both nostrils opened. I never realized how much my nostril shape was affecting my ability to breathe. I am truly AMAZED !!!! I may talk to my doctor, perhaps I need some sort of procedure to open my passages better. But in the mean time... I will be stripping every night, lol ; ) I wish I could during the day. Maybe I just need to put my vanity aside : )
I think they helped for as long as they stayed on which was at least half the night. I carefully followed the directions and watched the video and believe I did what I was supposed to. I plan on buying them and trying again..... maybe use a little alcohol across the area before putting it on, Thanks for the two freebies.
They are helping me out on my snoring.. from what my woman says... lol
Boyfriend snores horribly at night and I had to put 2 on him in one night, as one side of the strip that was put on 1st shifted off his nose while he was sleeping. Asked him if he felt a difference with the strip that night, said nothing significant.
I bought the small -medium clear strips. Have been using them for many years but now all of a sudden they are different. Not as sticky and for some reason they changed the backing cut to off center. The strips are not as good and my come off at night.
I have used the clear for sensitive skin for many years. The last 2 boxes I bought are very different. You can see two layers of the strip instead of one. It is very stiff and does not work well!
I had good success with the small/medium clear Breathe Rights for years. The new ones are too large and too stiff. I notice that you are still mentioning size on this site but the box of the new Breathe Rights says "One Size Fits Most". Not me.
