I love it, it is easy to use with the different exercise routines they give you to work out different area's of the body without straining your body!
I used a version of this machine from 1992 - 1995 and got my body fat reduced by 4%, in which I was currently around 12%. I was 6'4" at 210 with 8% or less body fat. I have aged a few years and I ordered another one of these machines because it's awesome. I received the FitRider July 8th and started workouts in combination with morning walks I've lost 12 lbs in the first month. Awesome FitRider is getting me back to 5 minute mile shape.
Very good workout; smooth movements, raises heart rate. I'm a 5 foot tall, 70 year old female, and I have no trouble using this. I am moderately sedentary, and began using this when I had to stop walking at the gym due to the pandemic. Very sturdy and well built.

Sturdy and well made. 52 yr old female. Had no problems putting it together. I have bad knees and it's no impact. I'd say you get out of it what you put into it. You can use it at a leisurely pace while watching tv to get the blood pumping or you can really bear down, concentrate on emphasizing the muscle groups with the different techniques shown in the dvd and get the heart thumping like a bunny and work up a sweat and some sore mucles. I've done both and enjoyed both because it has a very smooth, noiseless action.

It arrived earlier than expected, but the package had a huge hole that had been taped and the box was upside down from the arrows clearly labeled as up. I was worried about missing parts, but after having my husband help me put it together, it was all there and I love this piece of equipment. I think it's going to work great to get me into shape and keep me limber without jarring my hips and knees at all.
So glad I have the Rider. I've had knee and back issues for years and after building up to the number of reps Brenda has on the DVD...I feel great!! It is easy to get on and off. I just hop on a couple times a day and get a full body workout!! Recommend with 5 stars!!
The assembly instructions have nothing in common with reality. I've assembled many items in the past, some easier than others. You can toss out the instructions on this product.
I love the FitRider, I would highly recommend this product. Great Quality and works all parts of the body. Love It!!!
