I bought this for Christmas for my daughter and we opened and she loved it
Worth the price! Makes amazing coffee
Purchased 1/31/25 as of today 4/29/24 it will not brew expresso. I press the brew button and it comes up to pressure and two drops come out then nothing. $1000 piece of poop. Called customer service and it says it will be a few hours to get a call back. Nope, time to return.
Terrible espresso machine. If you like your kitchen clean donot buy this product. Water leaks from machine when brewing a shot. Entire drip tray fills with water after brewing a single shot. The milk steamer is incredibly difficult to use milk flies everywhere when in use. The espresso shot comes out room temperature so you must steam the milk if you want a hot beverage.
