very good handling in a rain on highway. and very short stopping distance on wet highway. not for off road, but very comfortable ride on highway. first set last 80K miles. got second set again same tires, as I drive most highway miles
These Duellers came stock on our 4Runner, just replaced them with the same tire because of the satisfaction of everything including the look, ride and longevity...
I have these tires on my 01 Silverado and have put 31000 miles on them in just over two years, finally decided to have them rotated and still have 3/4 of tire wear left, superior tires, I keep my truck in top shape which has a lot to do with tires lasting. I also live in southern Texas and have no dry rot or cracks on sidewalls. When the time comes for new tires again and I have the money, I'll buy them again. Mike M.
Great tires. I replaced the tires at 49,000 miles on my 4Runner. Probably could have gotten another 5,000 miles but replaced them with another identical set.
I like the tires. Quiet, nice ride and good traction. But the front have worn quite fast. Not 60k tires by any means. Back tires might last 40-50k, but i like to get new tires before tread gets worn. Paying another $700+ for 2 at Firestone on front after ~30k feels too much.
Family 4runner here! After 35k miles a shop and second opinion shop have told me to replace all my tires. This is a daily driver not driven off-road. Find something else, I'm switching to Cooper.
275/60R20 Dueler A/T came stock on my 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss edition. The tires are nearly bald and my odometer just passed 50,000. At 25,000 miles they looked like they needed to be replaced. The tires do not handle the rain, snow, or ice very well. When driving in the rain, they easily break traction with even the slightest acceleration. Snow and ice performance is just as poor.
These are issued as OE on the Lexus GX460 models. After 3 years and 29K, we were told these needed to be replaced by the dealership. Of course, the Bridgestone Limited Mileage Warranty does not apply if the tires are OE on a new vehicle, because that makes total sense... Do yourself a favor and look for other brands like Continental, Yokohama or Nitto. All make quiet, smoother tires that actually last for more than half their rated mileage.
Don't Buy. Brand New OEM, Dueller HT 684 II on 21 Nissan Armada. Maintained and rotated by Nissan Dealer. Driven 22,000 miles and worn down to replacement. Bridgestone said they would not help with a warranty, not even a little help based on miles. What good is a 60,000 mile tile, if it only gets a 3rd if its life. Likely will not buy a Bridgestone product ever.
These came as original equipment from Toyota on my Tundra. I'm seeing premature wear, they most certainly are not 60k tires, maybe 35000 tires. I took the truck in for inspection and the shop noted bad cupping and dry rot. Dry rot on tires made February 9, 2021. Winter traction was so poor that last year I took them off and put a set of Cooper's on the truck for New Yorks winter months. These tires ride rough, are extremely noisy and are now permanently off my truck. Toyota and Bridgestone have poorly represented themselves by putting these tires on a premium grade pickup.
