I thought i read everything on the product, but when it arrived I realized they were capsules. I was pleasesd to see I could break them open for my 2&5 year olds & put them in grape juice. I was very pleased they drank it fine. I was skeptical especially since the powder inside the capsule is dark green ( the grape juice masked the color ) Overall very pleased. I started probiotics last year and I found when my kids get sick now, it is a milder version than before, and less often.
