Great light! I use it 5 nights a week to do exterior inspections of aircraft. I had 1 battery fail after 14 months of continuous use. Recommended product
My Brinkman Q-Beam two-million candlepower light is eight years old and has been used reguarly the entire time. We live in the country and this product sits charging on the counter. I saw these reviews because I'm thinking about getting another one for a brother.
Very bright - have yet to test run time. It's also rather heavy due to the battery pack.
Shipment was fast. Quality of the light is poor. It has 1 bulb with the yellow light casting. Very heavy to carry. Definitely not worth the money!
It worked great for a couple of weeks and the battery quit charging now i can only use it with the cig. charger plugged in. would not buy again
I bought this last year to coyote hunt with my son but never ended up going, I did try it out to make sure it worked and it worked very well, I put it in the closet till this year and tried it out and it doesn't work at all now? I recharged it for a day and nothing? I even changed the bulb with the replacement bulb that came with it ( what a chore that was) and still nothing, I then went out to my truck and plugged it into the lighter socket using the other adapter and it worked. That battery didn't have more than 3 minutes run time on it...I could have bought a corded one for a fraction of the price...although a corded one wasn't what I needed!!! total garbage!
I've had several Brinkman spot lights and liked them. But had a problem with my most recent purchase. After just 2 brief uses, would not work, not able to re charge, new battery did nothing and new bulb did nothing. Tried calling customer service and got no response 3 different times. Tried to email from their website and couldn't. Left a message on Facebook and was ignored. If you have problems with their products they just don't care. Read other reviews and you'll see a lot of complaints about lack of customer service.
Similar experience as others. Bought colored lenses and other accessories, but when I needed it, the battery was shot - would not charge. Would purchase a replacement battery, but they appear to be unavailable.
