Despite negative reviews, I ordered these lights, and was very pleased when they arrived ahead of scheduled date, although they did arrive without batteries. When I called customer service, I was not disappointed when they apologized and said they would send all 8 batteries, which they did within 3 days. These lights are well made, thick plastic with glass inserts, and look more expensive than they actually are. They look lovely on my lamppost. Kudos to their customer service team for prompt action. Would recommend despite negative previous reviews.
When they arrived the glass was broke on one of them and their were no batteries in any of them. I wrote to them but did not get a response. They are very pretty though.
I really love the lights; however, they didn't have the required batteries in them nor the little plastic strip to pull to activate. Also, one of the lights didn't have the battery covers. NJG
I ordered 6 boxes for my mom's birthday. As I opened the boxes i discovered that some of the poles are rusted. After opening 2 of the boxes - I can not find any batteries. The lantern are beautiful . They are heavy glass. NOT impressed without batteries.
arrived without the solar batteries had to call to have them mailed to me,dont know how well they may work have to put batteries in them and wait two days for charge.
Got my first set, and the batteries were missing and one lamp was cracked. I call the customer service but it took me awhile to find the correct number because the company went bankruptcy. A secondary company bought this product out , they were very quick to send out another one. This one also was missing the batteries (solar-powered ) . When I called them, they became concerned why these batteries were missing out of the boxes. They quickly issued a refund. So they handled the situation, correctly and professionally.
They did not send the solar rechargable batteries with them! I bought another box of solar lanterns (set of 4) from this company too and they did not work. I tried to return and they did not reply to me so I was stuck with them
This product was not Brinkmann. It was a Target item. It was sold by Today's Concept, who I cannot get intouch with. They had no batteries, two missing battery covers, batteries had leaked on connections at one time, end broken on one globe, top broken on one, they were used and trash. It would cost more to send them back than it cost to take them to the dump. Do not do business with this seller. I called Walmart customer service and complained, but never heard back. I called seller and emailed them, no reply.
I just received these lights they have no batteries they are all broke in one way or another all the hanging portions Arvell well not even in the box very full product would not recommend trying to reach the company to get a full mailbox I don't return calls I guess I might be stuck with a box of A box of junk
