I like Brita. I have a filter for my kitchen faucet and bought this to fill in the morning and have ready all day to fill my tea kettle and to drink as well. I notice it makes a difference in my tea. I live in a city and the water is chemically treated and tastes really bad and I have found that Brita filters make a big difference. If you buy a faucet filter and it does not fit call Brita right away and they will send out different connetors to make it fit. I have a faucet where the original connector did not fit and they sent me a couple of different ones and I found one of those that made it fit.
This is a great unit if you don't need a lot of filtered water at one setting. I use it with heavily treated city water and it comes out taste like good water.i love this. I like the large capacity and ease of filling. It's also great that a light lets you know it's time to change the filter
This is the second Brita I have purchased Excellent filtering performance. Like the design I live in Florida and the water is awful The capacity is fine for two people Filters are low maintenance Overall the durability of the pitchers is good
Our Brita stays full and ready to give us fresh water. I have had my Brita for two years now and have not had ANY issues with it at all. The light on the sensor blinks when it's ready for a new filter and it's very convenient to be able to buy the filters in a 3-pack. I always choose filtered water and I am thankful for Brita for making that possible.
I really wanted the orange Brita unit vs the plain white one, and while I had to wait almost 2 weeks for it to come in (site to store shipping) it was worth the wait because that was what I wanted. I use the Brita all the time, and I like that it has the sensor to let you know when to change the filter vs just changing it after 8 weeks like the caveman models (what if I used it much more or much less?? To me, this is a plus in the new design). I am very satified with my purchase!
I love my Brita pitcher it does a good job and the water taste great. It reduces our plastic waste a lot! It's definitely worth the price.
I have been using BRITA for a long time and love it. I cannot understand how this digital settings for the filter work. I live alone so I should be able to use this filter for twice the time (4 instead of 2 months, or 80 instead of 40 gallons) since an "average family" would be 4 people and I am only one. So I am taking my risks leaving it for 3 months, maybe 4 and being annoyed by the red blinking light. When in Puerto Rico I had the small plastic calendar that came with the pitcher and was told by a Brita employee that I could leave it for 4 months for a one person household. I wonder if there are people out there with the same issues.
This was the only large pitcher i could find at a reasonable price during the height of the pandemic, which is the main reason i bought it. It's a great size and i like that it has the electronic filter replacement tracker. I also like that you can use the long last filters with it. My only complaint is that the top flap is poorly designed. It constantly detaches when i try to fill it.
Bought the green to match my kitchen & love the color. No problem with the lid fitting but it tends to fall off during pouring. A continuing problem is the digital display in the lid does not work. It did once and that's it. Not about to buy a new design. You should have made this one perfect.
This pitcher is really good at getting your floor wet, but that's about it. The fill door does not stay attached. If any water is in the upper reservoir it spills when I pour. Even with the upper reservoir the flap over the pour spout still causes spills when pouring.
