We bought in 2022 and started flashing September 2023 Model # AER80LWH
This unit has worked well for a couple of years. Recently the light has been flickering, not every day but maybe every 4th day. I don't know what the problem is but it is getting really annoying.
Installed this as "DIY" with my son. Worked great for about 18 months. Not to loud, bright enough , kept humidity down in the bathroom. Very happy with it Now the light is flickering, not that bright it is broken.
I bought this light and fan combo, and the light started flickering. I called customer support and they said that they would send a replacement out. That was back in August! Three months have passed and there is no new light. I have called customer support 4 times, and each time I am told that the light should be shipping within a week. This sucks. I see that you are offering two day shipping on the same light online, so I don't know why you can't offer me that. Disappointed, would be 0 stars if possible. I am going to leave this review on other sights that have this product as well.
I am having a similar issue as everyone else, the light doesn't work properly. I will be reaching out to customer service to get it resolved.
One start is too much....after a few months the LED light starts flickering. I don't believe I should be paying to replace something that said it was meant to last many years. Where can I see the cost of replacing the light only?
Bought in April 2022. Now the LED light is flickering
I bought 4 of these combo exhaust and lights and within months 3 of the lights started to flash consistently until they just give out and doing light Up permanently. I went and replaced 2 of them them thinking I got a dud. Wrong! Same problem now a few months in again. With as much money as these cost and time,I'm sad to say I will probably have to replace them all again and eat the cost.
Installed this fan 1year ago. Fan runs great. Light was fine until 1 month ago. Now it constantly goes on and off or does not come on at all. Kinda like having a disco bathroom.
Bought this for a bathroom remodel in 2022. Worked fine and as expected for first 10 months. Now flashes 3 times intermittently. Extremely annoying. Can't upload video because you require a youtube account.
