This stainless steel range hood's sleek design, attractive lighting and switches, powerful fan, and deluxe filters make it a winner. I didn't realize how unattractive and inefficient by old hood was until I used this one!
A great match to Samsungs Black Stainless steel. The LED lights are very bright, the fan works as expected, installation was a breeze. Couldn't ask for more.
Purchased and installed the BCDF130BLS and it went in easily, good instructions, and works fantastic. The 3 speeds are a nice variable with lots of exhaust on High. 2 intensity light is perfect. The black SST is a perfect match with my new GE stove. Overall I could not be pleased any better.
Great Kitchen Hood. Quiet and effective in moving smoke, odors and steam out of the kitchen. Great LED lights. Easy to clean filters. They pop right out and fit easily into the dishwasher. Quickly and easily replaced my old hood and was very easy to install with the included "third hand" brackets. The black/smoke finish looks great next to my black Induction cook top and refrigerator.
I am first time purchaser of a hood. This hood is beautiful and more powerful than I expected. On the lower fan settings, I can barely hear it. The light is perfect (a little too perfect as it shows all dirt on my stove) and I use it a lot. I highly recommend this hood. I recently had an electrician come to estimate some electrical work and he walked right to the hood to see it more closely and said nice hood. I imagine he sees many in his work.

Product as advertised, good draw, easy controls, connection collar on damper could be a little longer.
A robust, vital component of your home kitchen. The LED lighting is superb. The variable capacity to evacuate the volatile emissions of cooking is offered in three increments, from a hushed low setting when needs are minimum, to a kitchen clearing maximum setting when the full force of its powerful motor is needed. The style will go with any decor. Great style! Great performance! Great value!
Installed to replace an undercabinet microwave/exhaust combo using existing venting through the roof. Installation to a frameless cabinet using the brackets provided was not difficult; took about two hours including unpacking, review, cutting/drilling holes, final attach, and turning it on. Can be done by one person, but much easier with a helper. Most difficulty was due to need to cut new holes in the cabinet since the electrical on the unit was not in the same location as the unit replaced. House electrical is in the cabinet above the unit using a three prong tail and a single use outlet (nothing else uses this outlet, but I am unsure about the wiring to the panel). Most importantly, the improvement in exhaust performance exceeded expectations. Wasn't aware of how little air the older unit was moving (rated at 300 cfm). Very quiet a lowest speed. Notably louder at highest speed but still able to hold a conversation without shouting. Unit makes an annoying clipping sound each time the speed is changed. Even at the low setting, light is much brighter than the unit it replaced. Simplistic appearance with strong performance. In use for three months with no issues.
Great product overall. The lighting is nice and bright at the 2 settings. The 3 blower speed are great high speed is loud but hey it does the job. Only complaint is that it looks crooked from one corner even though its leveled. I purchased the adapter to plug to outlet very easy install.
