Very fast shipping...highly quality seeds. They all sprout...and quickly at that! They come well packaged too. This is the second time I bought them. Highly Recommend!
Saw an episode on The Doctors about broccoli sprouts. These sprouts arrived nicely packaged. I plan to store them in the freezer. Day 1 soaked the sprouts overnight. Next day rinsed them. By that evening some had started to sprout. Following day I continue to rinse and more are sprouting. Happy to recommend.
Seeds are clean. They sprouted quickly. Ready to eat in 4-5 days from my sprouting jar. Picture shows a salad with sprouts grown from these seeds.
These are good! Just got them a week ago and I'm already eating them tonight. Almost all of them sprouted. These were a way better price at Walmart versus amazon or lucky vitamin. They arrived in 2 days free shipping. You can't beat that!
I enjoyed growing my own sprouts. It was fun, easy, and healthy. I didn't have any problems with mold or bad tastes or smells. I did look up how to care for them on utube and learned so much more about these healthy sprouts. Great product!
Get the pound or larger size. Sprout one tablespoon for a full quart of sprouts in 5-6 days. Broccoli has the maximum amount of SULFORAPHANE on the third day of sprouting. Thereafter the fixed amount gets diluted, divided by the bulk of the vegetative growth and roots. If you want the most concentrated, eat the seed sprouts before they are a week old. You can freeze them for later, or eat them fresh in smoothies, sandwiches and salads. A pound of seeds should provide a year's supply of sprouts for one person. Obviously, if they sprout, they can be planted in the garden. Eight plants gone to seed will give about one pound of seeds, or a year's supply.
Sprouted quickly after soaking for about 8 hours. Sprouts were ready in about 4-5 days. Very tasty, peppery sprouts. Great on sandwiches or in smoothies. Super healthy, anti aging properties. Highly recommend sprouting!!
After soaking for 4 days, I have yet to see a single sprout. That can't be right!
One star Not because of the product. Had the seeds before. The bag had a whole it in and when I took it out of the box, about 1/2 pound hit the floor. I will not order this from Wal-Mart again. In the past I ordered from the Food to Live website and did not have this issue.
These broccoli seeds are to sprout, to eat as sprouts. Seeds are super tiny. Of 1-teaspoon I placed in sprouting jar with lid off, few seeds sprouted even after five days in daily rinsed water, under a proper light bulb. My home is warm, perhaps 72 degrees, but not the 80 degrees a plant prefers. Maybe a lack of warmth is the problem. These seeds are costly at about $8 for four ounces. Broccoli sprouts are nutritionally superior. I figure it is safer to grow them myself in my own kitchen, to avoid potential bacteria common to sprouts.
