Neat and compact design fits perfectly in my small laundry room.
I love this sink and cabinet. It has very clean lines and fits in a small space. I love how the faucet is in the corner to free up space. I'm so glad I found it!
I had been looking at what I thought was a very similar item on a couple of other websites, but it was $100 more expensive. I took a chance on this one and ordered it, hoping it would be good quality, and surprise! The box and instructions have the other items' names on them! It is the same item, but less expensive! I put this item together myself and installed it, but my husband had to add extension pipe pieces because the ones that came with the cabinet weren't quite long enough for our plumbing setup. I found it pretty easy to assemble and install, with two exceptions: First, the sink is supposed to slip down over the assembled cabinet, but it was incredibly tight and had to be forced on; second, the copper lines coming down from the faucet are very short and you have to really maneuver to fit your wrench into the tight space to tighten them. The soft-close doors are a very nice touch. Don't worry when you assemble them that they don't line up...the page with the adjustment instructions comes a couple steps later in the booklet. They are easy to adjust. Overall, I am super happy to have replaced our old, traditional laundry sink with this much nicer looking piece. It isn't custom-built quality, but it is much, much nicer than the alternative for the price.
I looked at several options before getting this sink & cabinet. Looks great. It was pretty easy to assemble. I thought it might be flimsy because it was less expense but I was very happy with the whole thing. Cabinet is good (I did have to shim out front cabinet doors -maybe this was me - it was the only way to get them closer together when closed). Faucet is nice, as is the sink it's self. Looks tons better than the cheap fiberglass tub there before.
This product is not an 'open the box, slam-bang assemble it' project. Instructions are almost good but leave quite a bit to figure out. The sink may not fit so the front and or back panel has to be trimmed 1/8". Faucet is plastic and no brand name to obtain replacement parts when it fails down the road. Read the assembly instructions, familiar yourself with the parts, THEN REREAD THE INSTRUCTIONS! before starting assembly.
I was looking for a laundry room sink that looks a bit nicer than the standard one, and this does look nice. Assembly took quite a while, though the instructions were well written. My knock against it was that the plastic plumbing tube that extends vertically down from the drain is very short (probably 3 inches), and I had to run to the hardware store for a longer one. I'd prefer the manufacturer to err on the side of too long rather than too short.
When we joined the sides, the dowels pushed through the outer shell. So my cabinet is now damaged in three spots. The instructions could have been clearer about hammering the dowels in securely, since I thought I had them in far enough. Also I found it easier to assemble by putting the cams in after the parts were joined. My sink also arrived with a small dent. The price is good, but be aware that the cabinet is particle board and the faucet is plastic. Rated: Two out of five stars.
Holes were not correctly measured. For the amount of money we spent for this furniture, holes not being drilled on the right place was ridiculous. Do better!
