Very good black color, consistent. The letters do not smear on the paper, it is very even tone on the large surface of halftone. I am in the graphic design field and love the genuine brother quality. I recommend everyone to stay with genuine brother. The original toner cartridge that come with Brother laser machine has short life, but these replacement cartridge lasts on and on and on with good quality printing...many 500 reams of paper so far. I am very happy. I will buy it again !
This is the most economical price I was able to locate on a drum for our printer. It is working great, producing clean and professional looking copies.
This brother drum came in a timely manner and had a free recycle return. Easy to install.
New in box!! Beats paying $150 at office supply stores.
My wife loves her Brother All-in-One, so I want to use genuine Brother parts.
I print a lot of documents and this cartridge meets my requirement
Great product
Buy it.
This drum fixed the printer problems i was having. My copies were faded and had black lines before installing this drum.
My printer brother, HL-5370DW, was not working showing the red light " Drum." This-620 Drum I just received does not appear to be new but used and empty because it was not sealed. And my printer shows the same problem of "Drum" showing the red light after replacing the old Drum with this one. Apparently, someone sent me an empty used Drum!
