I have always been a singer girl, but this machine has changed my view. It may be refurbished, but works as if it were just made! No hiccups and pretty consistent stitching I might add. Love all the feet that comes with, sews wonderful and quilts like a dream. I have done both quilts and garments without any issues.
Product is as advertised. Works well and manual is easy fo understand. Extremely pleased with results.

This was a gift to my niece and she seems to like it. I own a different brother model. They both work well. They are very good beginner machines because they have extras.
Great machine this is my upgrade from the previous one which i passed on to my niece. I have decided to try making a small quilt for my cats bed. Im finding from my old pieces of fabric that its fun. Since its for my cat it can be anything i want it to be. The machine has proved it can handle what ever stitch i decide to use....
I love this machine it is quiet and sews like a dream. The dvd and manual are user friendly and detailed to the T. I love all the different stitches and it is easy to maneuver. I am so happy with my purchase. Even my mom that has been sewing for 45 years loves this machine.
I had an excellent experience online shopping brothers for my new sewing machine. Yes it is refurbished. But I had questions and they took care of me right away. A part was missing within a week I had it at no additional charge, In addition to apologies from Brothers for it being missing.
This is an excellent machine. It does. Everything is that almost anyone could possibly want a domestic sewing machine to do. However, the throat is only 5 in, and therefore I don't really consider this a"quilting machine". It does excellent. On table runners though! An affordable machine with what feels like all the bells and whistles.
I got my sewing machine yesterday it was delivered at my home I'm just opening it up today just now I'm noticing that a few pieces are missing this is my first sewing machine so if that's normal I'm sorry but every time I look it up it's extra pieces, but mine's does not have extra pieces that's disappointing but I love my sewing machine
This machine works great and I'm happy I bought it. It only had two things that bother me. First, when I opened up plate I found a lot of fuzzy leftovers from fabric but you can see the machine recently had been oiled up. It's weird they didn't clean that out. Second, where the bobbin goes, the plastic plate that goes over it doesn't fit right. So it's a pain to replace the bobbin.
