This pre-workout is awesome. It has everything you would want and more. It is probably one of the best out there right now.
I recently bought this product for my husband, and he is loving it. I can even see results in just a month. He has so much energy now that he didn't before, he wakes up every morning to go to the gym and when he comes back he is full of energy and ready for work ! def. will be buying this product again, maybe in different flavor.
Great for late night work outs. No caffeine is a great selling point!
This stuff works great. I have been looking for years for a pre workout supplement that actually works that did not give me the jitters D/T huge amounts of caffeine. I loveed the original NO Xplode but could not tolerate the caffeine. If you need that kind of burst of energy get an energy drink or 2 lol. please continue to push the limits GNC thank you.
NO - Explode is not for everyone. I have been using there product line for over 10 years. This product is excellent if your body excepts it. I have seen several of my soldiers say it is to strong. However if you stay with it and your body gets use to it. The results and gains are great. This product will push you through your workout and ask you for more. If you are an early riser and conduct training in the mornings. I would recommend it. Now if your going to be doing a lot of running before you workout. Wait until your cardio is complete! My only downplay to the product. You must cycle off of the product. You body could will adjust to the product deeming it ineffective! Great product I recommend to at least try it!
this product is very effective especially for people who have early mornings before hitting the gym!!
I use it 10 minutes before workout. Works great, always have enough energy after my workout to play a couple games of basketball. Only real cons are that it fizzes if you shake it, and if you take to much you'll itch
For those looking for a pre-workout drink this is a good choice. I use it and I am pleased with it. HOWEVER if you are looking for something without Caffeine this is NOT the product for you despite GNC's description. If you look at the ingredients it contains Caffeine Anhydrous which is just dehydrated Caffeine. One scoop probably contains at least a cup of coffee worth of caffeine

WARNING no-xplode is full of it. Like previous reviewer mentions it contains "caffeine anhydrous" with a quick google search you will find this is simply caffeine without water and is actually considered more potent than regular molecular caffeine. WARNING CAFFEINATED Some people cannot take caffeine because of medical issues and this item is falsely labeled.
