Eye masks measure 9 x 4.5" and come with a removable cover and buckwheat filling. To clean your Hot/Cold Therapy Eye Mask, machine wash the cover cold and tumble dry low. Empty liner before washing. Do not wash filling! Filling may be placed in the freezer for freshening.
