[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has lots of storage and is space Efficient good product for the cost
This cloud based storage device is not what I was looking for. My old one was outdated and I needed a cloud based storage device that I could access and share from anywhere. First issue for me is that you need two more apps because you need one for WebAccess and one as the navigator. Second, the setup instructions only have pictures but no words unless you go to the website to download the instructions. Why? Third - The set up is easy in that you plug it in to your modem and wait for it to connect. This is where more a more experienced person may be okay with it but - if you're like me with little more than a minimal working knowledge of cloud based storage devices this may not be for you. So, you go to the website, and after a call or two to tech support who had to help me map the drive, I soon begin to lose interest in it altogether I thought I was all set until I was somewhere else trying to access the files. The other issue for me was storing all the shared folders and not being able to easily designate which folder you want to share. That probably would have taken another call to tech support and although the rep was patient as they attempted to walk me through the map drive set up, I've already spent more time than I'd like on something that should be easier to navigate. I'll be returning it.
