I'm only selecting 1 star because I HAD to. I've used Cascara Sagrada for YEARS %26 THIS isn't it. I used it for a solid week %26 it did NOTHING; %26 sadly it's detrimental to my daily diet, so this has REALLY messed me up. I thought I was doing myself a favor, buying bulk. I swear it's just finely ground up bark or something. REAL Cascara Sagrada works for me, %26 I'd swear the capsules are more of a greenish color; not so brown. Nature's Valley brand NEVER fails me, so if it isn't broke... DON'T fix it‼️
